All of your calls are answered by a live person. Our Implementation Team works with you on custom scripting and protocols to fit your needs. All calls are documented and based on your desired protocols.
We can email, text, page, or even call you with the message that we have taken from your caller. We also can patch live calls over to the On-Call person.
You have access to reporting that gives you a visual of all the calls that have come in that day, week, month, etc.
